Had a decent experience opening a new account with my wife when we moved to Easton. The male banker that eventually helped us set up the account was very warm and professional, giving us a lay of the land including restaurants we could check out. However, while my wife and I waited for our appointed no one in the bank once asked us if we needed assistance after standing there about 15 min. It was not until I made it a point to be very conspicuous by standing right outside the glass door of the same banker while he attended to another client, then a female banker, who had seen us way before, told us we could not sit there. After that the experience got better.
