- JLjules leeJun 6, 20254.0Just reopened account few days ago. I had to wait over an hour, but person I met was very helpful explaining everything. Today went to bank to wothdrawl until I receive my atm card. There was an elderly woman next to me, I think waiting to deposit money. The teller wasn't helpful at all, just telling the woman to insert her card. First of all, that " blue light flashing to insert" one can barely see. Secondly, there was no line, so she- teller could have stepped off her comfy chair and assisted her. This nice elderly woman I heard was making $1000 deposit. I work in a senior center, tellers need to be retrained customer service especially for the elderly!!!!! I would have said something but since I showed the customer where to insert her card and didn't want to make a scenery considering I worked all day at the senior center dealing with 30+ people I was tired! My teller (Joshua) - teller in training whom I have seen few times as my mother has been long time customer, should not work as a teller because he seems too good for that position: always smile, professional, patient and personable. Bank very fortunate to have him as employee or I would inquire my employer if they're hiring :) Thank you Joshua hope your weekend amazing!
- PRPat RyanSep 30, 20241.0Do not use this bank. If you have a fraud issue they will make you wait for 3 weeks for help. That is long enough for any criminal to have a nice vacation on your dime. The owner is only looking out for his business' review score. He will message anyone with less than 3 stars and say he wants to help, but what he really wants is you to remove that bad review. DON'T! The employees there will flat out turn you away if they don't want anything to do with you. I want this business to suffer the way a victim of fraud would suffer if they had to deal with this branch. I also encourage those with accounts there to ask about this event and why it happened the way it happened. They won't due to laws, but it will piss them off.
- AJAmos JokarDec 13, 20234.0Pretty standard for a Wells Fargo. The staff is normally pretty friendly. For whatever reason, it's one of the only branches that is still open on a Saturday in the area. So I gave it better than average.
