- DDDoug DiTondoApr 1, 20191.0It wasn't that long ago that Wells Fargo was performing all manner of miss deeds, and the staff was "acting on there own" In an extremely fraudulent and dishonest way because the management structure made it beneficial for them to do so. Well it seems as though they have turned a corner. Now the staff has been trained/programmed to be robotic screen readers and impersonal (at best) customer service zombies. I tried to make a cash deposit into my daughters account, that she NEEDED for college. I was denied even after presenting the account card and the PIN number for the account. IT WAS A CASH DEPOSIT!! I pleaded with the teller explaining this was very important and was treated with nonchalant indifference. Horrible company, One sided, unfair and over compensating for past indiscretions!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Bank somewhere that views you and treats you as a human not just an account number.
- RRRichard RehakJan 6, 20184.0Wells Fargo online banking is a 10. Wells Fargo also offers free checking (with very reasonable terms/conditions) and I have found the bank policies to be pretty fair. I don't go into the branch much but when I do, it is pleasant. It does get a little crowded from time to time.
