- SDSaucy Dangles6 days ago1.0You better hope that you don't have to go inside for anything at this branch because youll be here over an hour even for something as easy as a deposit. They are beyond slow here and chit chatting while there is a line. To make waiting so long even worse, it is so warm in here that I wouldn't be surprised if people pass out. Please hire more people or people that don't move in slow motion because this is sad.

Returned to this branch the next day and withdrew every cent from my checking account and deposited it into a new checking account with Honesdale National Bank. I only needed one form of I.D. to OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT at HNB. This place is a clown show. I consider it a blessing in disguise being that their drive-thru customer service has tanked over the last few months. Good riddance Wells Fargo! Way to try to make a long time customer have to jump through hoops to deposit a $19 check. (The only reason why I am giving this place a 1 is because I'm not allowed to give it a 0.)
