    Customer service desk often understaffed or unresponsive. While the front-line tellers are always friendly and helpful, the representatives seated at the back appear less engaged and sometimes overlook waiting clients. Their service is very slow and frustrating.

    Worst experience Both Bankers, were having a conversation with no regards as to whom was present. No acknowledgment , it felt as though I was an inconvenience

    I came in to the drive thru at 9am and now it’s 9:16am m still here. The lady in the drive thru is extremely rude. I asked for $280 in one dollar bills. She refuse to give me the change for that amount.” She said I can’t break $100 bundle just to give $80 in one dollar bills. I can give you either $200 or $300.” My question is what if people don’t have round figures? In that case they not gonna get change??? M the GM at Tacobell. I come here to deposit money and get change. If I can’t get change from business account that’s a shame. This is not the first time that happened. But today it’s extremely bad that’s why m putting my complain.
