- DDDrewMar 15, 20251.0Went into the bank at 11AM, an hour before closing just to open a savings account. I sat there waiting for 40 mins. Mind you I was the only one waiting to get helped. It was the same people being helped for 40 minutes. They knew I was waiting and the bank was about to close. For around 15 minutes I could hear one of the bank employees talking with the customer about dogs wasting time while I’m sat here waiting to be helped. Finally at 11:55 they are finally done and he tells me oh sorry we’re closed after I have been waiting for and hour just to open a savings account while your wasting time talking about dogs instead of doing your job. Wells Fargo sucks!
