At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Truist bank in Downingtown is a very bad neighbor. It has lots of really really bright outside lights which shine in to nearby homes and businesses and glare in the eyes of people walking and driving by. You can see Truists lights from across the Brandywine river- even as far as the kids playground by the library. All this is called 'light pollution' which really harms the health of people and animals- especially kids. Truist advertising pretends it cares about its neighbors and environment but it doesn't. If Truist did care it would fit downward facing lights that were not so bright and that didn't shine right in people's homes or hurt their eyes and health. Truist causes light pollution at other of its locations as well. Just look out for it and you'll see. Truist does not care about the health and comfort of the communities it's in . So do not give them your business or use their ATMs.

Every time I call or pull up or need something BB&T is always quick, reliable, friendly and personable. They know who I am, who my wife is and who my employees are. I always get a warm greeting and kind genuine help. I see 3.7 star overall review on this company and its far from an accurate grading. BB&T is awesome!

People are nice but so slow. I think they just don’t have enough workers. Two cars ahead of me in the drive thru and been waiting over 20 minutes. Not the first time this has happened. Always go inside
