I have now been denied service twice at this location and wouldn't be surprised to be turned away indefinitely until they feel like helping me at the moment. I have gone in to deposit baby bonds twice in the past week, once on Saturday morning and was turned away because there was one gentleman at the front who came off rude and then again today I went in early afternoon and it was the same guy at the front who once again seemed rude. He told me he yet again can't help me because he's the only person there and tried to make it my fault that I didn't come in in the morning. My apologies, I have a career as well and don't have time to worry about your bank and your schedule. He said it could take half an hour to do and both times ive gone in the bank was conpletely empty. Ok then, ill wait 🤷‍♂️ When someone comes in they expect to be helped. I don't care if it's annoying, do your job.
