Pretty normal banking experience, no wait though which is nice. My only complaint is that they need to have more branches because the branch that I go to is about 45 minutes from my house. Other than that I've had a really good experience with TD Bank so far.

I highly recommend NOT opening a business account with TD! I’ve been a personal account customer of this bank for 28 years and have accounts there for all 8 of my children, so it only made sense to me to use them for business accounts when I decided to start a small online retail business. Because I didn’t have my business completely up and running within THREE WEEKS, they closed my accounts. Even after sending them documented proof that inventory was ordered and vendors had already been paid with invoices under my business name, they closed my accounts anyway. It is definitely a headache that a new business owner doesn’t need. Needless to say, I will be taking my family accounts with me to another bank.

The behaviors from the tellers at this bank are disgusting. I went in to get changed and wasn’t told I needed to have an account To break my money up and was given a horse treatment from the tellers and nothing but attitude we did their 20 minutes to get any kind of help and was left abandoned in their waiting area Not the first time I’ve experienced this at this bank due to my mother also having the same issue with the bank being rude they honestly just need to fire everybody and rehire

Over the past couple years, this branch has been terrible. The customer service is not just bad, it's lousy and rude, and makes customers feel like the customers are the enemy. The attitude of almost every worker that I've encountered at this branch is almost indescribable, in a completely negative way. They don't want your business, and they don't want you in the building. I tried to do a withdrawal and the teller yelled at me (although maybe that was his regular way of talking) and he was trying to make me explain why I'd want to do a withdrawal. Why should I have to explain?!? In the past they gave everyone grief about making a deposit, so you'd think they wouldn't mind withdrawals, but they don't like those either. The only thing that seems to be okay is for you the customer to not go there. Don't go in. Don't talk. Don't do any business there. Nothing. I would've thought this bad attitude was unique to this branch, but I encountered similar issues at the location on 113. And lastly, their CD rates are always lower than other banks. I knew someone who worked for TD Bank, but in a remote job in Philadelphia, and I asked him what was going on at TD Bank, and he said he quit working there because he hated working for TD. That tells us a lot. And then let's look at the news stories about TD Bank over the past couple years. In light of those issues, you'd think that TD Bank would be trying to do things better than others, but they're not. I've tried to like them, but they make it too difficult. So why would anyone trust TD Bank with their money?
