He told me "no, I suggest you go use cash and get change if you want pennies. No customer service skills at all. Thorndale parted with a box but that branch is awsome Nico is a terrific manager. Lionville took the time to have the manager explain why its a problem for them right now and said mauve when they get their change order in could pay with one. That's customer service. But if key bank doesn't want my money I can always go somewhere else right guys? They are pennies, not gold coins or cabbage patch kids or any of that crap that gets put away for people "who matter".

I was warmly greeted as soon as I entered the bank and was able to sit with Sean, one of the bankers there. Sean addressed my concerns and even took time to go over my long term goals with a “Financial Wellness Review”. It was refreshing for the personalized, one on one attention. I left feeling much better about my situation and appreciated the time and information Sean provided.
