Because I don't have an account there, but my boyfriends/business does the bank won't give me change. They are the rudest bank people I've ever encountered. Ive explained to them, (we live 5 houses away) that i work there, he has 2 accounts there but to no avail. I've called cooperate and they said they would check it out. They have not gotten back to me. They did tell me that wells Fargo branches can do whatever they want. I have to go to another branch just to get change. Because they know i don't have an account there, they treat me like I'm a criminal, and is very rude and arrogant to me. What a way to run a business
