I came one week ago or more and notified a bank teller that the drive thru atm was not accepting cash deposits; the cash door was not opening to put in a deposit. One week later it still isn’t fixed. I made mention of it to the same teller I informed initially and her response was “well we do not service the atm’s we have someone who does it. So I will have to send an email so they can come fix it. Was that NOT why you were informed one week ago? America’s Most Convenient bank has some rude tellers and drive thru ATMs they wait to have fixed. Very convenient huh? In the meantime, I had to use the teller in drive thru. No one else in the drive thru being serviced yet it still took 5 min for a simple cash deposit. Comedy. Do better.
