Staff are ok, but unprofessional. This branch never answers their phones, rarely receives messages. Called and left messages twice in a week and didn't get a call back. Had to call back the next week and leave more messages stating clearly that I had left messages the previous week before I got a call back. Truist holds my business account. We are hoping to switch banks because the problems are not just at this branch. The branch in Ephrata is also challenging (don't answer phones, went into the branch to do a wire transfer and it took forever bc the didn't know who in the office knew how to do one). Stay away from Truist!

The most helpful, patient people! I can’t say thank you enough to the 2 ladies (wish I had gotten your names to give you credit) working tonight. They were so caring and attentive to an issue I was having with my account. Thank you so much!

Clerk was condescending and passive aggressive all because I didn’t have an account number. I then asked for my check back to go deposit at another Truist…..she acknowledged & ran the check anyway. Will definitely be using other branches!
