- SGSarah GroffMay 13, 20231.0The rules are always inconsistent at denver location, one day I can cash my check in drive thru the next day I have to come in person cause I don’t have an account. Plus one time my Delaware drivers license is fine and the next time apparently you have to have a PA license to cash a check that’s in your name which isn’t even a law or policy. Your staff and management need to get it together. Can’t even exchange a $20 bill for 5s cause I don’t have an account? All other locations of ephrata National have never once stated any of these “policies”. I will always avoid this location. Horrible service and naive employees.
