- KCKatie ChristoApr 30, 20241.0Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and online services with this bank. We opened a high yield savings account and a checking account, both of which we were drawn to by promotional rates or cash rewards. Their online platform is a hot mess and we had to go in multiple times to have paper statements turned off, which they charge you for, because the website was glitching and wouldn't work (despite attempting on multiple devices and internet browsers). Even worse, the online account page shows your available balance to include checks recently deposited, but if you transfer it to another account (even though it says "available funds to transfer), it will overdraft you. Of course, we then lost the bonus and despite showing them the error in their interface and being assured by our representative it would be taken care of, the manager Shelley was absolutely unwilling to work with us. Every time you go, you're there for like an hour- no sense of urgency in getting anything taken care of. Immediately pulled all of our funds and will go down the street to Huntington Seven Fields where customer service is 5/5.
