Half of the checks I deposit for my business get week-long holds placed on them, and they claim it's because there's fraudulent activity. But then I called the fraud department, and the fraud department said no, we didn't put the hold on, your local branch did. They can remove the hold. You'll get nothing but lied to and run-around at this bank!!

Unfortunately, the person I was scheduled to meet with was not there. However, Zach was more than happy to sit down and talk with me. He was polite and knowledgeable about their products. I chose to go with his recommendation and I can't be happier. The staff that I encountered during my visit were also friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you all!
