She claims WF notified all their customers, which makes no senses since it doesn't affect their customers. Then, she said that they informed Dominic Coccia. Why does Conshohocken Borough do business with WF if they give preferential treatment to account holders? Seems like Conshohocken Council should consider moving their accounts from WF.
