  My family and I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years, but this particular branch is an absolute disgrace to the name. Every time I come in, I’m met with nothing but attitude and rudeness from the employees. It’s like asking them to do their job is some huge inconvenience. I’ve tried to be patient, thinking maybe it was just a bad day or someone new in training — but no, it’s consistent. The eye-rolling, the short answers, the general lack of professionalism… it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a place where I’m simply trying to take care of my finances. This branch doesn’t represent the Wells Fargo we trusted for years. It’s gone completely downhill. Honestly, it’s embarrassing. If this is how they treat long-time customers, I can’t imagine how they treat new ones. Do better.

  There’s a reason this Wells Fargo location has a 2-star review — and honestly, that feels generous. The manager is incredibly rude and completely dismissive. I came in with a simple question about my account, and instead of helping, he acted like I was wasting his time. No eye contact, no patience, no professionalism. The tellers aren’t any better. They seem confused by even the most basic transactions, and I had to explain multiple times what I needed — something I’ve never had to do at other banks. It doesn’t help that the lines are absolutely insane every time I go in. You’ll wait 30+ minutes for service that feels like a slap in the face. This is not how a bank should treat its customers. After the way I was treated today, I’m done. I’ll be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.

  Closed the branch so they make you use the drive through ATMs. Gov Wolf can march with protestors arm-in-arm in Philly but makes you wait 45 minutes in a drive through line to withdraw your hard earned money. Drive through took forever and the staff were rude & short with me. Not to mention you can barely make out what they're saying with the car running and terrible audio quality from the screen. Usually have good experiences with this bank but this branch is awful. Stay away.
