HORRIBLE BANK : I don't know how this Bank stays in business they have the most rude and unprofessional employees I've ever had to deal with . If you're looking for polite and professional employee's then look for another bank . Also the drive up teller's have VERY pissy attitudes !

They steal your money here!! I had a cashier's check sent to me that was held, cleared and available to me. I went to make a wire transfer and TONY felt "uncomfortable" sending it, bc he was asking too many personal questions that he should NEVER HAVE ASKED ME!! And they put a block on my account and it's been blocked for 3 WEEKS NOW!! If I was a man in a suit, I NEVER would've gone through this!!! Chris even called the bank where the cashier's check came from and they even CONFIRMED THAT IT'S Legit, NOT A FRAUDULENT CHECK!!! BUT HE STILL HAS MY ACCOUNT BLOCKED FOR NO REASON AT ALL!!! They discriminate at this place and steal your money!!! Maybe other Truist banks will be better than this one. But this particular one NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! THEY DISCRIMINATE AND THEY LIE!! Tony lied and said he didn't do the wire transfer bc of "UNANSWERED QUESTIONS"!!! These so called "unanswered questions" were PERSONAL QUESTIONS like "who is the owner of the company that sent you this money?" Although I answered this question, but it was the company name (not a person's name) that showed up on the Cashier's check. So, he never should've asked me that question!! It's unethical!! He then asked me "how do you two communicate?" That's a very personal question that should NEVER be asked!!! He then asked me "what equipment do you need to buy?"... Do you see the problem here??? The money was already held, approved and available to me. Chris already talked to the bank that sent it, and his superior (the branch leader, a female (which I asked Chris to tell her to call me, but I'm sure he never told her to call me)) already spoke to the person that sent the cashier's check, too!! So, the bank was called and the person that sent it was called also.....BUT THEY'RE STILL HOLDING MY MONEY!!!! I guarantee you, IF I WAS A MAN IN A SUIT, TONY NEVER WOULD'VE ASKED ME THOSE PERSONAL QUESTIONS THAT HE HAS NO RIGHT TO ASK, IT WOULD'VE BEEN DONE INSTANTLY AND I WOULD'VE BEEN "THANKED FOR MY BUSINESS"!!!!

Don’t do online deposits unless you want them to put you on a hold for a week… every damn time.. they say it will be available by the next day and that has literally never happened. This bank is truly horrible and offer no answers or help ever. I’d give a negative star if I could.
