They were better when they were Susquehanna. Ever since BB&T took over and then Truist, my account has been hacked multiple times. They don't have Saturday hours anymore either. When I closed out my accounts they didn't even bother to ask why. Worse off, I asked them to tell me how much I could withdraw from my checking knowing I had a check deposit pending. They gave me the number, and the next day I am hit with overdraft fees. They became very corporate very quickly. Go to a Credit Union and avoid this corporation at all costs.

Awful customer service pulled up to drive thru and no one said a word. Always miserable and rude. Would not recommend

Helpful staff, some have more patience than others. Transactions are always perfectly accurate. Customer service is efficient and if the branch can't help, they direct you to the appropriate department quickly. A great place to bank.
