- WEWilliam EinhornJul 1, 20221.0They were better when they were Susquehanna. Ever since BB&T took over and then Truist, my account has been hacked multiple times. They don't have Saturday hours anymore either. When I closed out my accounts they didn't even bother to ask why. Worse off, I asked them to tell me how much I could withdraw from my checking knowing I had a check deposit pending. They gave me the number, and the next day I am hit with overdraft fees. They became very corporate very quickly. Go to a Credit Union and avoid this corporation at all costs.
