  From the way the teller looked at me at first glance, I knew she won't process my request. A white woman serving a guy who looks like a Mexican..lol I asked for a cash advance from one of my cards so I can deposit it into my td bank account. While im starting to talk, she said " I can't do that " so I smiled and told her, it's a cash advance and I always get it done at trooper branch. Then she said oh yeh ok. She went to the terminal sitting on the counter and she came back again " I can't do this because it's asking for your pin number. I said, it's ok I'll punch in my pin number. And Because she is lazy to undo the wrapped cable so the terminal could be reached, she simply said, it won't reach..lol. I told her yes it's because you need to undo this gray cable from the black one. She said again " I can't do that ". God my witness, I knew from the first second that she won't process my request. I have had lived in America for thirty years now and I can tell from the first second if im encountered with a racist person! Shame on you TD bank for not hiring the right people who can deal in a nice way with all customers!

  I was scammed out of my money last month and TD sent me a provisional credit. They considered my fraudulent transaction as legitimate and took $440 from me, leaving me with absolutely nothing. Totally heartless and greedy.

  I spent over an hour opening a checking account. I was informed the minimum balance to avoid monthly fees was $200 but it turns out it is $500. Now I need to go back to a branch to close my account. Quite a waste of time.

  Had us waiting for thirty minutes only to say that they were too close to closing to help us. They had a solid 40 minutes before they closed.

  I had be having problems with my credit card payments for 2 weeks, I was on the phone every day with CreditOne for 30 mins every day, I finally gave up and called td bank, within 5 mins, Kelly gave me the amounts I needed to verify my account information. creditone customer service is terrible, Collegeville td bank is the best! If a manager sees this, please give Kelly a raise cause she’s amazing!
