- JJJustinNov 3, 20253.0I have been a customer of Northwest for more than 25 years. This branch was unable to help with a simple request to add a spouse to an account (We already have a shared account/mortage/etc through them. After moving away and not being able to plan an in person visit or take time of work to travel to do so I was ultimately told they were unable to help. A quick call to a different branch yielded a completely different outcome. We were able to use alternate method to verify identity and good to go! I can understand the lack of service or flexibility from a larger bank that does not know its customers but northwest was always a great bank because of the relationships they cultivate with their customers. Sad to see this branch toss that away.
