- SMS MSep 26, 20251.0I tried to deposit a small amount of loose change that was separated and counted however I was refused service because the teller refused to count the coins manually. I didn’t know banks have the right to refuse legal tender. Most likely the reason was they were discriminative of the fact I was in work clothes while the other customers were in dress clothes and they decided I wasn’t worth their time.

I avoid this branch because of a particular employee that picks on me when I don't have all my documentation... I don't feel comfortable carrying my account number.
