I tried to deposit a small amount of loose change that was separated and counted however I was refused service because the teller refused to count the coins manually. I didn’t know banks have the right to refuse legal tender. Most likely the reason was they were discriminative of the fact I was in work clothes while the other customers were in dress clothes and they decided I wasn’t worth their time.

I'm new to the area and have found all the people at this branch to be friendly and very good at their jobs. We've had several visits that required varied services and they handled each one perfectly. They have made it a pleasure to bank at Truist.

BB&T used to be a bank who knew you and would help you, however this branch has the “no can do” protocol which will lead me to find a more personal customer friendly bank, not BB&T.

I've used this branch many times. Use the branch just down the street on 113. Edit, 113 branch closed. I avoid this branch because of a particular employee that picks on me when I don't have all my documentation... I don't feel comfortable carrying my account number. I literally drive 25 min out of my way to avoid this branch.
