    The customer service here is awful. Tellers are very unfriendly and barely utter a word when we come through the drive thru. I started using the branch further south on 202.

    I've been here twice and both times they were extremely unhelpful. This last time their ATM machine ate my card. I was told they couldn't open the machine, and when giving them my ID to print my card apparently they had the wrong phone number on file and couldn't print it but would order it by mail. Well 1, they did not order it by mail like they said they would. 2 I've recently printed my card at the aston branch with no issues. I don't understand why they would need to text me when I handed them my ID. The other time I went was a similar issue with printing the card. This branch is not good. Extremely unhelpful and they don't actually do what they say.

    I went to the drive thru of "America's most convenient bank" only to have the teller help the people that showed up after me. I went inside after about 15 minutes of waiting and I still got no help. After waiting another 10 minutes my teller Aaron poor excuse for an employee asked how he can help when explaining my frustration he gave me the brush of. HOW ARE YOU MOST CONVENIENT when it took 20 minutes to withdraw and the dumpy excuse of a man Aaron was worthless

    This is my home branch and I have only had good experiences there. So my 2 star review is not associated with this Chadds Ford branch. However my experience with this bank online and their online customer service has been awful! What has happen to this bank?? 40 mins to talk to a customer service rep Really! Not once always! I won't even get started on all the other little things that make this banking experience laughable. Get it together TD! You were once my favorite bank. The ONLY reason I still have an account there is that it is secondary.
