- DADavid AshbySep 21, 20223.0Easily the longest wait of any bank - and I don't mean the line, there is usually not a single person in there. I mean it takes them - and I am not being hyperbolic when I say this - 10+ minutes at the counter to do a simple withdrawal, deposit, cashing a check, and it's been 15+ when doing anything like a change order or getting a cashier's check. They're friendly, there's nothing wrong with the services they offer, their account fees are middle of the road, but I do avoid going when I'm in a hurry because of how long it consistently takes. I believe I saw a sign saying this branch was closing soon though, so maybe I'll change my mind once I have to drive 10 minutes to spend 4 minutes banking instead of driving 5 minutes to spend 10 minutes making the same deposit.
