- MDMatthew DixonMar 26, 20215.0Eileen the bank manager and the rest of the staff there are GREAT! If we ever need anything or have questions they are quick at getting the right answer. May not be same day but they always get the right answer which is the most important thing. They return phone calls and very friendly when you call or go to the bank. This FNB has top notch customer service!
- MWMichael WilsonFeb 28, 20181.0Worst banking experience ever Karen the bank teller was very rude from the moment I entered the branch she yelled at me for not using a deposit slip supplied at the kiosk then she handed me a deposit slip and would not fill it out but Sarcastically gave me a lesson on how to at that point I was done being insulted so I had asked if I could be helped by another teller she became very angry and took my deposit slip that I just filled out and ripped it up! I was so in shock by the way she acted towards me and I’ve never been treated like that before I definitely will not return to the Heidelberg branch!
