Do not get an account or loan through this bank you will regret it!!! Everytime you call they tell you that you arent an authorized user. But they sure as heck take my payments no issue. Once a manager is found THEN I become and authorized user and they are apologetic for the hassle. I would understand this 1 time maybe 2 but we are talking EVERYTIME I call in. So glad my loan isnt through there anymore.

They ignore you. Company-wide? Just as bad. Web site is buggy. Online banking is frequently unavailable, sometimes for days at a time. Impossible to get through on the phone. Total disaster of a company.
- JJJared JonesMay 7, 20161.0Absolutely horrible. Hours are nothing like metro, any redeeming quality they had is gone. If you have any problems, the attitude is "oh well, too bad". Don't go around closing, or you will wait 10 minutes for them to bother unlocking the door to let you out.
