- KSKat SalazarNov 16, 20211.0absolutely disgustingly rude , asked for the branch manager and the “assistant manager was ignorant and even said he was on a call-and would call me back, he never did and i had to end up calling back and he claimed to “have heard the conversation and tried to cover for the pathetic woman even though she said herself he wasnt around and on a call. they repeatedly tried to undermine me , ive been banking with them for 3 years and never experienced this type of service. never again with this bank. save yourself the headache.
