    I wanted to deposit a check. When I got home 10 miles away (closest bank to enola) the check was given back to me. And a deposit slip. And no phone # listed on google map for the location. I'm done with this bank!

    I don’t like big banks. However, Ean was rad and made me want to bank here forever. Recently I had a chance to talk to the branch manager, now I hate big banks again. Your 2.5 stars makes sense now. Someone from corporate should flip flop Ean and the wholly forgettable branch manager of this location.

    We opened an account during the pandemic. This involved appointments. We were never given even one sheet of counter checks (starter checks). No one answers when you call. If you do get a VM message there is either no mail box or it is full. Today I am calling and getting nothing but minutes and minutes of music.
