- IMIkeoikeo MEJul 7, 20241.0Counter person wasn't welcoming and acted like I was bothering her. They can take my $3 fee at their ATM, but when I asked if I may have (2) $10 bills as change for the $20 I just got from them, the teller told me I had to be a member and walked away.
- ASAustin StoufferMay 8, 20231.0Service is awful. Not making a good case for community banks. My money is going to a big bank where I get better rates since the only point of having a local bank is the service which does not exist here. A lot has changed since this was Susquehanna Bank.
