If Managers want to sit behind glass cubicals and ignore customers, put them in a back room somewhere. Mr. DICKson, the branch manager, actually yelled at me for answering a question while he was on the phone with Corporate! Completely unprofessional! If FNB was the only option in South Central Pennsylvania, I would be hiding my money in jars in the backyard! So glad FNB is not the only game in town. I will rejoice when they are closed down!!!

And when I signed up at the Carlisle branch they did not even order a debit card. Now thanks to this joke of a bank I have no money until Tuesday and I’m hoping I have enough gas for work Monday let alone able to eat.
