- CTCindy T.Mar 17, 20254.0I've been an FNB customer at the Butler location for years. I'm very satisfied with both the service I receive and the professional and courteous staff who assist me. Many times I've had to wait a few minutes to be waited on but never was it an unreasonable wait. Lets face it. Many companies operate "understaffed". If you ever worked with the public, you get it. A little patience goes a long way!
- PFPatricia FilippinoJul 22, 20241.0I've been paying on my car loan for a year now - I tried to get Auto pay set up at the very beginning and was told I would have to go into a branch to do this - somehow and I may never know my payment did not arrive - I've been talking to them since last week and was told to give it more time - I called today and did get Auto pay set up and was transferred to a rep who was supposed to take my payment and he told me it was their policy that they can only take payments if the account is late and that won't happen for another 4 days - I can't believe this horrible customer service -

He has every right to his accoubt information legally.
