- BRBrittany RoseOct 3, 20181.0Called in at 9am for a change order that they said would take a hour. I waited a little longer then a hour to pick it up. When I arrived at the bank there were no guest in there and my change order wasn't set up at all. I then had to wait another 10 to 15 for them to get it together. One of the tellers sat on their phone on Facebook. I find it crazy that it took an hour and a half to fill one change order and no other guest. What is the point of calling in an order if they just wait til you get there to put it together???
