She explained all of the account details with patience and precision and even helped me with the technology bit. I am so grateful that I now have an account with them, as I know I will always receive excellent customer service!

I visited the wells fargo atm to make a Deposit the bills supposedly jammed so the deposit did not process to my account but the atm kept the money. Wells fargo customer service representative racially profiled me. Had the nerve to say that those bills could have been fake? Um mam, pull all the camera footage? I am done with this bank absolutely disgusting.

- JJJosephineOct 31, 20255.0I went here around 10 am on a Friday. No one was at the atms and there were some other customers being helped. It was clean inside and I was able to easily park. I made an appointment Online ahead of time to close my account, and everything went smoothly. A kind man named Frank was professional, hospitable, and helpful for me to get everything I needed done. When I walked out there was a line of people waiting for bankers to help them. If you know you are going here a day or more in advance, I recommend scheduling an appointment if it’s anything more than helping yourself at the atm. Everyone seemed patient and I heard all the bankers and tellers speaking kindly and professionally. I banked at Wells Fargo for years and barely needed help at a bank in-person. I just didn’t want to keep having a fee when I couldn’t reach the minimum in my account. Life goes on, be kind people and it will come back to you. :)

The person who opened my account was nice but every time I've had to make a deposit or withdrawal since then, it is a 15 min wait every time in the drive thru. The tellers are RUDE. Also, it used to be that you had to keep $500 minimum balance in the Everyday Checking which is already highway robbery, but now they made it $1500!!!!. This is stealing plain and simple. At $1500 for each account times 50,000 accounts (which I'm sure is a low number of overall checkings) that equals 75 million dollars!!! How dare they use my money and NOT pay me the interest on it. If I didn't need this for my business partner in FL, I'd run!!! Everyone should. First Keystone down the street does not need a minimum balance in their checking accounts and their tellers are friendly ALWAYS!!
