Everyone at Truist is fabulous. The ladies at the front desk as well as those you can make an appointment with are so helpful and kind. A lot of the negative reviews are wildly incorrect or outdated. Husband and I love Truist - we always have a fabulous experience. They are transparent with fees and customer service is great.

I recently traveled from North Carolina to the Northeast to purchase a vehicle for my small business and needed to visit this Truist branch, as there are no locations in New York. From the moment I walked in, Melissa and her team went above and beyond to assist me. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication were truly exceptional. Melissa and her team provided outstanding support throughout the entire process, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience. Their level of care and commitment to customer service was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely prioritizes their clients, and they did just that. Because of this incredible experience, I would strongly consider moving all of my accounts to Truist. Thank you again, Melissa and team—you’ve set the platinum standard for customer service!

Helpful and knowledgeable. The branch itself is good, but the bank itself is terrible. They put a ton of unnecessary holds on checks.
