In my experience, Truist held a fully verified cashier’s check even after the issuing credit union confirmed it was legitimate and already paid. Instead of using the lawful, standard verification methods that were provided, I was repeatedly asked for documents the issuing bank does not produce. The delays caused serious hardship for my business. After speaking with others, I’ve learned experiences like mine are not unusual. Based on my experience and what I’ve heard, my personal opinion is that customers should be extremely cautious with Truist and consider safer options for handling important funds.

A lot of the negative reviews are wildly incorrect or outdated. Husband and I love Truist - we always have a fabulous experience. They are transparent with fees and customer service is great.

Si no hablas perfectamente inglés no haces nada en esa sucursal , entre allí buscando ayuda y salí de ahí con una desilusión, yo tuve que llamar a la oficina de allentown y me ayudaron y me dijeron algo completamente diferente a lo que me dijeron en esta oficina (broadhesville) lo más chistoso es que cuando le haces referencia a algo te miran como que tú tienes 7 cabezas , ojalá y se pudiera dejar 0 estrella porque se lo dejaría con gusto
