First national Bank hit me with egregious fees to the tune of $140, customer service was rude and unhelpful and couldn't even explain things to me without being insulting and unprofessional. When I went to the branch of the lady behind the counter didn't care and made no attempt to help just said "sorry about that". So I closed my account and will be opening my checking and savings account elsewhere. Enjoy the $140, you'll never get another Penny out of me. Worst bank I ever used, Wish I could rate zero stars
