I went to the bank to fix a problem I had with my credit card and Chris helped me, she was very patient and nice, I can confirm that she was an angel sent by God, she helped me throughout the process even though it didn't depend on her but on the Fraud Department, however, despite not having good opinion about them because they have many excuses to solve your problem, Chris was patient with them and helped me solve it

Tellers are pleasant but they are difficult to get ahold of and their customer service since Truist took over is ridiculous! Can't go into the bank for 2 hours during lunch and then my co-worker had to go to the drive thru and then was scolded because she had too many transactions for the drive thru. She said well I couldn't get in the door and then said she would need to come when the inside is open :( Absolutely unacceptable!
