After waiting in the drive thru lane for 25 minutes behind someone, I was HOPING that they might have spared me the "Do you have an account with us nonsense" and let me purchase a few rolls of pennies or nickels. Nope.

I have been a customer at this "establishment" for decades... back to when it it was American Eagle S & L when I was a kid saving for college. In my post-college, adult life I have always kept this account for "backup" savings for very specific savings needs. However, since the pandemic or whatever, I'm not sure what prompted it, they no longer have weekend hours and their one day of "extended" hours (extended from 4 o'clock to 5 o'clock which still screws anyone who WORKS until 5 o'clock) are still darn near inaccessible for someone who doesn't have a banker's-hours job within 10 minutes of the branch. I have had to resort to taking time off from my own 8 - 5 job 40 minutes away to be able to conduct business there. Now, I determined a while back that I could transfer money out to my main bank... But in turn found out S&T is going to hit me for fees for doing "too many" in month. For me this could be solved by a couple of hours open again on Saturday mornings or an extension of hours to 6 o'clock on the "extended" day. I can't believe I'd be the only one who does business at this branch who is frustrated with the hours... But I think I am about to find somewhere else to save my money after having an account here since 1982.
