Even when I don’t have an appointment, the team is super helpful, welcoming, and happy to assist with anything I need. I especially want to mention Ann, the branch manager—she’s an absolute sweetheart. I’ll never forget how kind and patient she was when she helped me open my account back in 2022. I stopped by today hoping to say hi, and my heart sank when I found out she retired. Wishing her all the best!
