- NGNaomi GalJan 5, 20261.0Shame on Wells Fargo. Time and again, while visiting this branch it is understuffed. There are many WF workers keeping themselves busy, but only ONE overworked teller to deal with the bank's customers. The line is long, I counted 7 people waiting today, and old people, like myself have to stand and wait for 15-20 minutes and more. It is unacceptable.

I was able to touch the money and inspect it thoroughly.The money was ready when I arrived after I made a phone call to Ms Mary Mai. This branch have a way good customer service compared to the Northampton branch in Easton. (Which i just had an issue with Northampton branch, previously made a review)

Not the timing that fits the preference of the rude teller that created us. This is who represents you WF. Good luck. You’re the next TD Bank headed for the trash heap. People: try you local credit union (ie: Commonwealth). They don’t hire rude and confrontational employees like WF is forced to.
