I was able to touch the money and inspect it thoroughly.The money was ready when I arrived after I made a phone call to Ms Mary Mai. This branch have a way good customer service compared to the Northampton branch in Easton. (Which i just had an issue with Northampton branch, previously made a review)

We were told we only have one person and can't help you. That is not good business. If you are open till 12:00 you can not decide not to service your customers if they want to open an account. Very poor management at this branch at 3926 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem. Time to find another Bank.
