Can you try to come in and open an account and you're told short staffed she told another customer that he had to come back the next day but then told us that we could come after 2:30 that she was covering for lunch so long as it was a personal account we came at 3:08 and we're chastised that she told us at 2:30. We had to come at 2:30 because she was leaving early. This bank should just close the doors if they're not interested in serving their customers. She was not apologetic. She was talking down to us. I said to her I clarified with you after 2:30 because you said you were covering for lunch which I thought might end earlier and you said yes after 2:30 not at 2:30. I did not make an appointment. Final straw.
