My gas was on EMPTY and I just had came from a Business meeting and placed a money order ( didn't know they took a day to clear) in my account. Drove to the gas station, could not use the funds from the initial deposit and I was literally on the brink of tears. Scared that I was going to be stuck. I walked into the bank again expressing my frustration and Melanie spoke to the bank manager and reversed some fees that I accumulated. They DID NOT have to do that and it was very much appreciated. She also gave me a courtesy call afterward. Many times people write reviews when they are upset. However, this needed to be documented!! Thank You.
