Forget going through the drive through unless you want to wait 15-20 minutes for small things like deposits or withdrawals. Insanely inefficient for a place that literally gets no business.

I can walk into PNC and they print me a new card immediately they take up to two weeks or more to send you a new card. Makes your Acounting a mess if you are running a business especially and it is incredibly inconvenient. Terrible experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Their customer relations system is designed to tell the customer that they do not have the ability to correct an error. The people in the local offices take no responsibility and only have the ability to get on the phone with the person behind the curtain and out of reach to tell you sorry, we cannot refund that fee even though it was assessed wrongly. They are not even interested in listening to you. I am so glad to have my account closed with this predatory establishment. It is astounding to me that they spend hundreds of thousands of dollars if not millions in advertising dollars to attract customers and then alienate them. Their chat service cuts you off. They do not answer written correspondence and the people in the local offices are deaf to your issues. Pleasant and polite but deaf.
