The one time I stop inside and communicate with them that I need a bank card that they never gave me when I opened the account. Fast forward 4 weeks, still no card and when I ask what the delay is, the person responsible conveniently no longer works there. What kind of bank are you running and what kind of employees are they hiring to watch our money??
