- DRDrew ReederJul 29, 20191.0By far the worst bank and branch around. They will not do anything to help you resolve anything. They will screw up and still point their finger at you. The customer service is lacking and it shows greatly. I have had nothing but problems sense I’ve gotten my account. I tried and tried to give this place a chance but have always been left disappointed. I will defiantly be closing my account and going some where else.

I called this branch to see if I could order checks and maybe get some temp checks until my card comes in. They tell me no, if I want access to my money I need to buy money orders. This sounds wrong to me so I call the east College Ave branch to get a second opinion and she tells me that they can issue me a temp card and that all branches offer this and to stop in and pick one up today. Apparently the Bellefonte branch is falling behind on money order sales and customer service. If this was the only First National branch around I would close my account.
