- QMQuaeleb MonfistonSep 29, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend this Wells Fargo to my worst enemy. Stay away. They don’t know what they’re doing and to top it off - have attitudes! It’s actually laughable to be that audacious while at the same time knowing nothing. PS. It wasn’t the teller. She was nice.

The white older guy (Jonathan) in consumer service has poor customer service skills and he’s rude. He kept talking over me while I’m trying to explain I’ve already did everything he was suggesting. All he kept saying was l can’t help you right now. This has been the worst banking experience ever. When customers come to a bank with a problem the staff working there is suppose to accommodate you & make you feel welcome & make you feel as if your problem is their problem. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting this branch. Only person willing to help Brian
