- YPYvette parkerDec 21, 20251.0Being a Kemper life insurance client for over 30 years, I would have thought that when my loved one passed it would be a smooth transition. However, my experience with them in my time of grief was awful and unprofessional. They gave me a hard time for my insurance payment and the representatives were so empathetic. We are mourning a loved one and Kemper has shown us no compassion. I would not recommend them to anyone.So sad. They are the worst insurance company please look at other insurance companies because it took them a month to pay out. And I had to call everyday for them to do anything which should not be while grieving 😔
