Even at the last visit, the banker was unwilling to close the account and made up all excuses to not do so. The lady at the window was quite rude. We will never do any business with this bank or any Truist bank again.

(New review ) I should have listened to my instinct and left this bank alone , honestly the only reason I stayed is cause of Anthony. In the month of February alone I had over $500 in fees , an additional $150 last week I paid it again , , now negative again after this weekend. At this point I feel like I'm getting robbed . Stay away, Anthony leave while you have some morals and decency ,they as good as wells fargo! (Which is not good at all )
