- CSCraig ShoemanDec 26, 20251.0It's the day after Christmas and they decided to put a piece of paper on the door saying that they will be closed at noon. They never put anything on the Website, it says they will be open normal hours. I wasted my time and money to get there. Bullshit

- QDQuintin DziaboJan 18, 20221.0Went to get a reconstruction loan in aug 2021. The guy doing our loan got fired right before we were suppose to close dec 3rd 2021. Karen took over our loan and it's been a nightmare ever since. She's so unorganized and has no clue what's going on.. "told us we still owed money on a house we sold in August 2021" then we had to start the process all over again.. (bank statements, paystubs, w2's ect). she Asked me to bring in w2's a day ,so I did made a special trip down, too only have her tell me she didn't need them now.. it's now middle of January (18) and we still haven't closed.. it's been the biggest ***show ever!! We both have excellent credit and both make around 100k a year.. Now we are going elsewhere!! Fed up with lack Of communication and the urge to close our 260k loan.. I Would give them a 0 star if I could!! Thanks for wasting 6 months of our time and lives while we made living arrangements elsewhere as construction was suppose to start already.. I will never deal with "Karen" or s&t bank AGAIN!! Closing all my accounts I have with them!! They are what you call a true JOKE!!!
