Folks, I ask if you have a few moments please take the time and read this review before writing off this bank entirely but ultimately a 1 star review from me. I am not your average customer as I am doing a fair amount in wrapped coins and boxes of coins which means I am always a walk in customer. I stop at multiple banks a week sometimes daily. I wait patiently do my exchanges and go on my way. I own a business and had been thinking about opening a new account at this location well before I was given a sales pitch from a new teller during one of my visits here.
I had been going to this bank location for months doing exchanges and vetting if I wanted to move my accounts here. Honestly, it's a pain to move banks with a business and it takes time. Anyway, I feel as I started being a familiar face because I stopped here 2 – 3 times a week doing only a few hundred dollars swapping cash for coins like I do with other branded banks in the area. Generally, I go through a few thousand dollars a week or more in coins alone. I never get all the coins from one bank but a collection of different banks because I know this could stress employees. I have never been turned away unless banks are running low on coins or they just don't have the coinage which is entirely understandable and I have no issues with that.
Interactions I have with tellers are always quick, painless and very polite and most of the time, tellers I deal with regularly become acquaintances. I have never had any issues here or with any bank for that matter until I ran into the new teller a few weeks ago. My first interaction with this person was an awkward sales pitch about opening a new account asking me a lot of probing questions about my business, money and the coins that I really didn't feel comfortable talking about. I tried to be nice, listen politely but all I wanted to do was get my coins and leave but the conversation just kept dragging out trying to sell me on this account which at that moment and time I had to get moving as I had only stopped on a short break in my day, I have customers and other business to deal with. (I did provide my information to the teller for someone to contact me and talk about opening a new business account but never got a call)
Put off by this interaction, I did not return to this location for a few weeks. I stopped in a few days ago and had a very easy transaction of $500 dollars cash for $500 in quarters a very normal amount. This exchange was with another teller who has helped me in the past, it went quick and easy then I went on my way.
That leads us up to today which out right has left me averted and has entirely changed my mind about doing any business with this company. I understand new people sometimes do not know or haven't quite got down social interaction yet but I got the same new teller I had a few weeks ago, walked up to the counter laid down some cash and asked for a box of dimes. It was like I asked them to hand me the keys to the vault or something, the teller left from behind the counter and actually walked away to alert a manager. When the teller returned they refused my request and said something to the effect of “no account, no exchange”.
I get it, you don't want to deal with customers like me so I will take my business elsewhere and will not return to any of your locations and for that matter will never open a business account with you. If it is this big of a deal for a measly $250 box of dimes what happens the day I may come in for $20,000 in cash!?

Possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a bank. I wouldn’t recommend ever doing mobile deposit. Make a deposit 13 days ago and still don’t have my money. They are trying to tell me I might have to go and get a new check.
The customer service is horrible, put a message in for “someone qualified to answer” and waited 3 hours to just have them say the message didn’t even get passed along.
I thought this was one of the best banks, apparently not. I would do my banking elsewhere.
