- LMLexi MDec 19, 20251.0I've been a customer since I was working at 14 yrs old (2010). I got the student credit card when I was of age and paid every payment on time for over 16 years, until a payment came where I wasn't able to pay. I called ahead to ask what my options were and they told me I didn't have any. It was really discouraging because I hadn't missed a payment in 16 years of my credit card, but I fell under hard times. You think loyalty would matter, but not to this bank. I'm really looking forward to changing soon. Bottom line, don't expect any compassion. They don't care.
