Also it was no sign in book to even sign in for assistance i needed to sit down with a rep to get my issues resolved this was an inconvenience i was the only customer sitting to be helped and no one came or even said gove me a few secs ill be over in a moment i was basically invisible the customer service sucks at this location!!
