This branch did not have a "banker", but the service manager called Airport Rd branch. Airport Rd branch was extremely helpful and courteous and took us right in.

She fully understood my situation that I had to replace my debit card she spent 20 minutes on her computer until she fixed the issue and walked with me to Steve where I got my temporary card. Another person was so kind and so professional (Edward) I can't thank him enough for his super friendly attitude and help. He made sure that the manager was fully aware of the situation. Those guys had me impressed by their experience and professionalism they showed. Thank you guys! I will definitely be a customer of Wells Fargo always coming to your branch to do business.
