- HGhernan guzmanSep 11, 20251.0Pesima atención al cliente , No me dejaron depositar un cheque por que tenía mi segundo nombre y no el primero en el cheque ,este era el 6to Cheque que deposito con mi segundo nombre no entiendo por que ahora me salen con que no se puede hacer eso cuando en otras sucursales de well Fargo si me lo aceptan , cuando claramente mi cuenta de Wells Fargo esta registrado con mis 2 nombres legalmente, mostre mi identificacion para que vean que tengo 2 nombre y me pidieron como identificacion mi social security , yo creo que con ser cliente de ese banco mostrar mi tarjeta de débito del banco y mi identificacion es mas que suficiente para demostrar tu nombre y apellido , LLAME AL BANCO CENTRAL DE WELLS FARGO Y ME DIJIERON CLARAMENTE QUE CON LA IDENTIFICACION BASTABA NO HACIA FALTA DEMOSTRAR SOCIAL SCURITY NI PASAR POR UN MOMENTO TAN INCOMODO COMO ESE MOMENTO

The check is written off Wellsfargo. So we went to Wellsfargo to deposit it or cash it. The two women there immediately said they can’t accept it. I told them it’s from Wellsfargo and can’t they just verify the check. The manager next to her started yelling ITS SCRIBBLED! ITS SCRIBBLED! Did t give me options, didn’t say I’m so sorry we can’t accept that but here’s what you can do. I had to ask her what can I do. They assumed the check was fraudulent so you just even trying or attempting to verify it. Super rude. I worked Wells Fargo at customer service for 7 years and I never would speak to a client that way. she should be fired.
