Terrible Service!

Went inside waiting area was full understandable on a Saturday morning waited for a bit I asked to go to the restroom since bank closes at 12pm was already 11:30 AM been here since 10:30AM asked one of the clerks if I can use the restroom since I have been waiting to speak to one of the other clerks at the desk re my account never thought restroom was going to be DENIED! to my understanding Wells Fargo has one concentrated word " COURTESY " 🤔
